Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Thank you for the opportunity to serve your needs on Electrical & Electronic Parts & Equipment, Pro Audio Video DJ & Music Gear Since 1976.
Our products are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. This guarantees you a brand new product in a fully protected factory sealed shipping container with full US warranty.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is very simple, if you are unhappy in any way, then contact us to resolve your problem immediately. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with every product and order.
You have 30 days from the date you receive product to contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You then have 5 days to ship the product back to the manufacturer. No refunds will be given for returns without a RMA number.
A few Special Order, NC/NR, Non-cancelable / Non-returnable are excluded from this guarantee.
Speakers that have been mounted or used are excluded from this guarantee.
Most manufacturer's have a restocking fee on product only. We do not add any fees for a return and are happy to help you quickly, easily and inexpensively for any problems that come up. We may be able to negotiate with the manufacturer to drop their restocking fee if you ordered the wrong product and order a replacement or for other special circumstances. Our goal is your 100% Satisfaction.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in the original factory box or packaging, with all original factory packaging materials, inserts, manuals, disks and blank warranty cards. Items that have been altered, scratched, modified, damaged or tampered with will not be accepted. Please do not tape or write on the item or its packaging and do not use the manufacturer's box as a shipping carton.
All returned items must include a RMA number. Refunds are for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.
RMA's are valid for 5 days from the date of issuance.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to manufacturer for evaluation. Manufacturer's reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with their return policy. Please include a copy of your Invoice/Packing slip together with reason for return.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be processed as new orders. Please note that your card will be charged for that new order including shipping. All returned items excluding shipping to you and shipping back to us will be credited upon receipt and acceptance of the item.
Toner/Ink Cartridges and Consumables
Ink Cartridges, toners, and other consumables (i.e. Paper, Pens, Ink or Toner cartridges) are non-refundable and non-returnable items. All sales are final. Purchaser is advised to contact the manufacturer for any assistance needed.
Receiving Damaged Product or Short Shipment
Purchaser must contact our Customer Service Department within five (5) days of receiving the product. Please examine the packaging carefully. If damage is noticeable on exterior, or the packaging appears to be tampered with, notify both the carrier and us immediately. An RMA number is needed for items to be returned. (Please see paragraph above on how to obtain an RMA number.) Do not dispose of the shipping box or any other packaging. Please include a clear letter of explanation detailing the damage or shortage.
Services and Repairs Under the Limited Warranty
Contact manufacturer direct. We do not have a repair facility; send the equipment directly to any authorized center listed on the warranty card.
Extended Warranty
For information on a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
A-I Consolidated has no relationship with any company offering extended warranty other than selling their warranties at retail. Companies offering extended warranties are the sole guarantors of the product and A-I Consolidated will not be liable for express or implied warranty, actual or consequential damages.
Terms and Conditions of Sale & Warranty Information
Purchaser by placing an order makes an offer to purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions which offer, if accepted by A-I Consolidated is accepted within the State of Idaho for the limited purpose of dispute arising between parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws of State of Idaho shall apply.
By opening or using a product purchased from us, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of sales as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please refer to Refund and Exchanges sections above. NO PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED BACK WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
A-I Consolidated makes no warranty either express or limited of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose and none shall be implied by law. Final determination or suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by the Purchaser is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and Seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.
A-I Consolidated will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function from any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any, of A-I Consolidated, concerning any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
A-I Consolidated reserves the right to limit quantity due to special pricing and/or availability.
