Key Personnel

All employees are team members and cross-trained to help you with all aspects of Orders, Requests for Quotations, Customer Service, Shipping and Sales.

Nancy Flamand, Owner and President, married Gene and joined A-I Consolidated in 1980. Nancy and Gene met in Idaho after A-I Consolidated moved there from Montana. Nancy oversees the business alongside Matt as well as Accounting, Sales and Customer Service.

Matt Flamand, Vice President, Gene and Nancy's son, joined us in 2010. Matt is learning all aspects of the business and will take over the business when Nancy retires.

Cindy Jarnagin, Sales and Customer Service Representative, joined us in 2003. Cindy is Nancy's younger sister and helps in all areas of the business.

Janet Williams, Shipping and Packaging Manager, joined us in 1988. Janet knows all aspects of government requirements for Mil-Spec Packaging and Bar Coding to DOD, USPS, and other government agencies specifications. Janet makes sure that your product gets to you safely and in one piece because of her expert packaging skills.

Founder and Owner, Gene Dusty Flamand partially retired in 2019. Gene consults and helps in the business as needed. Gene was the first enrolled Blackfeet Chippewa Cree Tribal member to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Gene graduated from Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana in 1975. He and his parents, Leo and Pat Flamand, started A-I Consolidated in 1976. Gene, Leo, and Pat were born on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, Montana.
