If you receive a product that is substandard within the first month, then call 800-635-1545 / 208-765-3280 or email sales@aiconsol.com for a replacement or refund. Normally manufacturer issues a Will Call to pick up faulty product and ships new product free of charge. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with every product and order.

We offer terms and accept checks for Government and Business Purchase Orders on approved accounts.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card because of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the Yahoo secure server.

Availability, Delivery and Shipping Charges

To get you the fastest delivery, we will drop ship to you directly from the manufacturer or from our supplier’s stocking warehouse closest to you. Some suppliers will not drop shop or have minimum orders. These items may require a few extra days to get to our Idaho warehouse before they are shipped to you. Items Normally Factory Stock, Contact us to Confirm.

The availability attribute only has three accepted values per Google Shopping:

  • 'preorder': You’re currently taking orders for this product, but it’s not yet been released. You can use the attribute ‘availability date’ to indicate the day that the product becomes available for delivery.

  • 'in stock': You’re currently accepting orders for this product and can fulfill the purchase request. You are certain that the item will ship (or be in-transit to the customer) in a timely manner because it is available for sale, such as it’s in stock or available for order.

  • 'out of stock': You’re currently not accepting orders for this product, or the product is not available for purchase.

We ship to APO / FPO addresses using USPS only.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as we receive it from our shippers.

Our freight companies ship packages Monday through Friday. No shipping on holidays. Some manufacturers close between Christmas and New Years. Please call 800-635-1545 or email to check stock and shipping on important orders before placing order.

UPS shipping calculator does not figure freight correctly for items that are Overweight, Oversized or We Do Not Have Correct Weights For. You will see a Yellow Warning Box in the Shopping Cart and Checkout when you enter shipping information for these items stating that Shipping charges may be added to your order. We will notify you before processing your order if there are any problems.

Tax

By law sales tax is added to any products shipped inside Idaho except for government and tax-exempt customers. There is no sales tax in any other state unless we have warehouses in that state drop ship product for us. If a sales tax is involved with another state, we will give you the option of paying the tax and getting faster shipment or not paying tax and waiting for the product to ship to our warehouse in Idaho and reshipping to you.

MAP Items

Some items are subject to manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. These items can not be advertised for less than MAP by authorized dealers. Call or email if you have questions. Any sellers that advertise below MAP are not authorized dealers. The only pricing you will find cheaper than us will be from illegal non authorized "Gray" sellers. Their product may not have US warranties, may be used, refurbished, B stock or knock offs.

Warning to Our Valued Customers

We are an authorized dealer for all Manufacturers on our site, many internet stores are not. Any Manufacturer’s products that have been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer (Including, but not limited too - traditional retailer, mail order outlet, or online dealer) OR if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or replaced in any way WILL NOT be honored or serviced under the existing Manufacturer’s warranty policy. Many Manufacturers are aware of numerous instances in which such serial number tampering has occurred. Unauthorized dealers and/or their suppliers may alter serial numbers in an attempt to prevent manufacturers from tracing the supplier source. Manufacturers sell premium products only through authorized retail and online channels to insure that Manufacturer’s customers obtain quality pre-sale and after-sale support and service.
