can this output 20w or is this a 20w speaker that can only be tapped at 8w?  I need 5 20w 8" speakers

Hi Terry, the CT830A-T870 is 70V with taps at 1, 2, 4, and 8W. If you want 8 ohms, the standard model is CT830A. There is also a 25V model as well if needed. Let me know if you have any questions.
