Acoustic enclosure with flat grille mounting flange for recessed installation of Lowell Speaker/Grille assembly No. WB12-12P150 (ordered separately). Enclosure includes a 70V transformer mounted to an internal bracket. For new drywall construction or tile ceiling applications where plenum space is limited.

The recessed backbox with mounted transformer shall be Lowell Model No. ULXCP1210-TM100. It shall be fabricated of 22-ga. steel and undercoated to eliminate acoustic and mechanical resonance. The backbox shall measure 14.38 in. diameter x 10.5 in. deep. It shall have four .5–.75 inch compound knockouts and include a 70V 100W transformer mounted to an internal bracket. The backbox shall be finished in black powder epoxy and have a flat mounting flange.
