Torsion speaker grille for use with 8 in. driver (assemblies weighing less than 3.5 lbs.) is steel with a white powder epoxy finish.

The grille for 8 in. speakers shall be Lowell Model WB-8T. It shall be fabricated from 20-gauge steel with a punched center and mount using torsion bracket/spring devices. The diameter shall be 12.875 in. with a shallow mounting projection of .25 in. The grille shall be finished in white powder epoxy. It shall include welded studs, serrated hex nuts, two torsion bracket-spring devices and installation accessories for mounting to specified Lowell backbox or mounting ring with torsion receptacles.
