Please advise if this transmitter is brand new? if it comes with a micrphone, etc.

Mar Murray, Yes this is a brand new belt-pack transmitter. It is lightweight, battery-operated, and includes a small lapel microphone for convenient portable use. If you want more information please let me know, I can send data sheet and brochure.
