how heavy is it [not shipping weight]

 are there any angle connectors

1 Answer
Samuel, It depends on which model and accessories, but the base model with one pole is approx. 4-5 lbs.† Also, there is an angle kit available. The angle kit is two pieces of tubing bent 20†degrees, to allow for a 20-degree†or 40-degree deflection in†pole connection.† Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Does it matter what type of solar panels we have? Ours are installed about 4 inches higher than our roif and ate at the angle of the roof. They are not elevated at a steeper angle. We need something like this to get the snow off. We had many non producing days last winter and our power company added a daily surcharge which inflated our electric bill alot. Please advise. Thanks!
1 Answer
Deb, It should not matter what type of solar panel you have. The sweeping head/edge is made from high density polyethylene and is reinforced with high-grade aluminum, It provides the necessary strength without damaging the solar panels.

I want to be sure that this tool will not harm the panels by scratching, etc.
1 Answer
Rich, the Apollo was†designed for removing snow from a solar panel. As for a guarantee, I cant say you will never get a scratch. It depends on the type of panels you have, how you use the tool and the elements. I will send you more information for you to look at shortly.
