Founder, President and CEO, Gene Dusty Flamand, was the first enrolled Blackfeet Chippewa Cree Tribal member to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Gene graduated from Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana in 1975. He and his parents, Leo and Pat Flamand, started A-I Consolidated in 1976. Gene, Leo and Pat were born on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, Montana. Leo and Pat are deceased.

Nancy Flamand, Vice President, married Gene and joined A-I Consolidated in 1980. Nancy and Gene met in Idaho after A-I Consolidated moved there from Montana. Nancy oversees the business alongside Gene as well as Accounting, Sales and Customer Service.

Helen DaCosta, Government Sales Manager, joined us in 1991. Helen has extensive knowledge and training in all aspects of corporate and government requirements for sales to DOD, USPS and other government agencies.

Cindy Jarnagin, Sales and Customer Service Representative, joined us in 2003. Cindy is Nancy's younger sister and has extensive knowledge and training in all areas of the business.

Janet Williams, Shipping and Packaging Manager, joined us in 1988. Janet has extensive knowledge and training in all aspects of government requirements for Mil-Spec Packaging and Bar Coding to DOD, USPS and other government agencies specifications. Janet makes sure that your product gets to you safely and in one piece because of her expert packaging skills.
